Nurturing Connections through Body and Mind ( Somatic Therapy)

In client sessions, I create a safe, trusting environment where individuals can explore how past traumas manifest physically. Incorporating acupuncture into my practice enhances the somatic experience, promoting relaxation and releasing stagnant energy (Benson, 2000). Witnessing clients reclaim their narratives and find relief through our work is profoundly rewarding, as their resilience continually inspires me (Ogden, Minton, & Pain, 2006). The privilege of guiding clients toward greater self-awareness reinforces my dedication to this transformative journey. We often find ourselves outside near a river or working from the comfort of people’s homes.
