The process of family constellation typically involves the following elements:
Representation: Participants are asked to represent members of the client's family system, either through physical positioning in the group or using symbolic objects. These representatives embody the energetic dynamics at play, rather than playing a specific family member.

  Exploration of Unconscious Patterns: The client then explores the relationships, hierarchies, and hidden loyalties within their family system by observing the representatives and the patterns that emerge. This allows the client to gain a deeper understanding of their family dynamics.

Healing through Sculpting: Through the constellation process, the client is often able to recognize and release the burdens or entanglements they have been carrying, leading to a sense of liberation and newfound freedom.

The workshop will blend hypnosis techniques, sound therapy, and psychodrama as tools to unpack family stories often related to our ancestral history.  Stories that unconsciously emerge  in constellation work can include, immigration, family patterns, genocide, and war. Through witnessing our collective untold stories participants will have access for catharsis that encourages us to rewrite the sacred spaces within our psychology, behavior, and hearts.
